From Djanet, a 4x4 track leads to the Ihérir Valley, nestled between the cliffs of the Tassili. The oasis reveals its palm groves, crystal-clear gueltas, and traditional stone villages. Visitors can explore oasis life, enjoy the rich flora, and spot the discreet fauna that thrive in this green haven.

Surrounding the oasis, hikes lead to ancient ksour, millennia-old rock engravings and paintings, preserving the history of the Sahara’s first inhabitants. The Iddaren Canyon invites travelers to walk through its depths where water and stone slabs merge in perfect harmony.
